Sweepstakes Rules for 2008 $5,000 Cash Give-Away

1. The sweepstakes runs from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.

2. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries, no later than January 10, 2009, unless delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

4. The $5,000 prize is guaranteed to be awarded. If we are unable to contact the winner after a reasonable effort, an alternate winner will be chosen.

5. Entrants should be aware of the potential tax consequences of winning. The winner is responsible for all taxes. We are required to report the prize to the IRS. The winner will have to provide their name, address, social security number and any other required information prior to the prize being awarded. If the winner does not provide this within a reasonable amount of time, an alternate winner will be chosen.

6. The winner must agree to have their name as well as the city and state where they reside, published on our web site, in our catalog and in any other marketing materials of our choice, without further compensation. If the winner does not agree to this, an alternate winner will be chosen from all eligible entries.

7. Employees and immediate family members of Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies, Inc. are not eligible to participate. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren of the entrant.

8. The decisions of Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies, Inc. management as to the interpretation of these rules are final. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies, Inc. management in any disputes arising from the participation in or execution of the sweepstakes.

9. Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry not conforming to the rules of the promotion at any time. Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies, Inc. assumes no responsibility for entry fraud committed by any entrant. In the event it is determined that an ineligible entrant wins a prize, Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies, Inc. reserves all rights to the ownership and return of the prize and all costs associated with remedying any prize award to an ineligible entry or entrant.

10. The $5,000 award will be paid by cashier's check, sent via certified mail as soon as practical after the winner returns a signed copy of the affidavit of eligibility.

11. You will receive one chance to win each time you place an on-line order beginning 12:01am January 1, 2008, and ending 11:59 pm December 31, 2008. It does not matter if you use Google Checkout or our own checkout process. Either way, you will receive a chance to win with each on-line order.

12. You can also enter by sending a postcard with your name, address and phone number to: Pegasus $5,000 Cash Give-Away, 2475 S. 179th St., New Berlin WI 53146. You can send one postcard per day. Postcards must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2008, and must be received by us no later than January 5, 2009. We are not responsible for lost or delayed postcards.

13. Failure to comply with any published sweepstakes rules is grounds for immediate disqualification from the sweepstakes.

14. Your chance of winning depends upon how many valid entries are received.

15. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
