Mechanical Tachometers, Cables, & Drives

We still have some hard-to-find drive cables, tach drives, and adapters for several different mechanical tachometer brands and drive configurations.

Jones mechanical tachometers are not direction-sensitive. The tach will function whether the cable rotates clockwise or counterclockwise.
Stewart-Warner tachometers are direction-sensitive. You must use a drive that will turn the cable in the correct direction.
