Log In Help For Existing Customers
While you may log in as a new customer, there are benefits to logging into your existing account, including instant access to your current billing and shipping addresses (no need to re-enter). You can also review your order history and track FedEx and UPS shipments whether they were placed by phone, fax or on-line.
If we DON'T have your email address on file:

If we already have your email address on file, you can use the information below to log in using our standard log in page (you can also use the alternate method shown above).
Your email address and a password will be needed to log in.
If you have received FedEx or UPS tracking information from us in the past, the email address where those FedEx or UPS notices were sent will need to be entered. Your password is initially set to your Customer Number which is printed on any Pegasus packing list or invoice. Your Customer Number may also be printed on the Back Cover of your Pegasus Catalog. After you log in, you can change your password to one of your own choice. You can also change the email address associated with your account.
Use this method if we have your email address on file (your Customer No. is your initial password).
Your information is secure. Don't worry about someone being able to access your credit card information from our web site. That information is never available. You will have to enter your credit card information each time you order. We believe this slight inconvenience is worth the added security that this provides. Our secure web site uses advanced 128 bit encryption technology. We will never share your email address with any other party.
