When you change ride height or camber, or when you turn the wheels to measure caster, friction between the tire and the scale pad introduces an unpredictable sideways force that makes repeatability impossible. SideSliders allow the scale pad to move freely, totally eliminating the unwanted side load.

Place SideSliders on a solid, flat, level surface under the front wheel scale pads. Each SideSlider supports the scale pad on low-friction polymer ball bearings. This frees the scale pad to move forward and back or side-to-side, or to rotate as the steering wheel is turned.

Each SideSlider measures 15" x 15" x 9/16" thick. This set of 2 SideSliders includes two compensating spacers. Place the spacers under the rear wheel scale pads to bring everything back to level. Weight limit 1800 pounds per wheel.
