String Bar, 36 inch, for Smart Strings Toe Alignment Kit

The round-section String Bar is the heart of the Smart Strings 4-Wheel Toe Alignment Kit (formerly Pegasus Part No. 3180). The string bar is the horizontal bar that holds the parallel string at each end of the car. It is Item 7 in the SmartStrings instruction sheet. Note that each String Bar is only 36" (3 feet or 91.4cm) for compact storage and transport. Two String Bars must be put together to span the full width of the car.

These bars can get tweaked bouncing around in the trailer, but if they are not straight you will have a hard time repeating your set-up.

Sold individually, two used for each end of the car (total of 4 required for a full kit). Note: Each String Bar has string grooves at one end and female threads at the other end. You must connect two String Bars together to have string grooves at each end. Assembly requires a stud and washer (Items 8 and 9 in the SmartStrings instruction sheet, each sold separately).
