Many engine builders prefer to use NGK Iridium Spark Plugs (our Part No. 178-23-9) in the 2.0L Ford engine. These plugs are not designed to fit the Ford 2.0L engine, so we offer this special reducer bushing. The male thread on this steel bushing is 18mm to fit the Ford 2.0L head. The female threads are 12mm to fit the special NGK plug. Installs using the same 11/16" wrench as the NGK Iridium plug. Plugs sold separately.
Plugs and bushings are each sold individually. A complete engine be requires 4 of part number 178-23-9 and 4 of part number 178-24. Bushings can be reused to last through more than one set of plugs.
