You can redeem your Pegasus Gift Certificate on a Phone Order, Internet Order, Fax Order, Mail Order or in person at our store in New Berlin Wisconsin.
If you are not redeeming your certificate in person in our store, you will need to send us a copy by email or by fax. If you are not in a hurry, you can send the original Gift Certificate to us using the postal service. Before emailing or faxing the certificate to us, write on the original: "REDEEMED ON Month/Day/Year" followed by your signature. We will not be able to ship your order until we receive a copy with this endorsement written on it.
If you are placing an order on our website, use the Special Instructions area on the Review Cart page to enter the following: "Apply Gift Cert #xxxxx. Cert will be (emailed/faxed/mailed)."

On Internet Orders, you may want to use the Standard Pegasus Checkout rather than PayPal. If you use PayPal, your account will be charged for the full amount of the order. Your account will then be credited for the amount of the Gift Certificate or the order total (whichever is less). When using the Standard Pegasus Checkout, your credit card will only be charged any remaining balance after the Gift Certificate has been applied.
On the Billing Page, if your order is for more than the Gift Certificate amount, enter the payment method for the balance. If the value of the Gift Certificate exceeds the order total (including shipping), choose "Gift Certificate" as the payment method.
If your order is for less than the amount of the Gift Certificate, we will issue a new certificate for the balance. If the balance is very small, we may refund the balance by sending you a check. We prefer that you try to limit redemption to a maximum of two orders, rather than spreading it across many small orders.
If placing a Phone Order, just mention that you wish to apply a Gift Certificate, provide the Certificate Number and then email, fax or mail the certificate as described above.
