Formula Ford 1600 Forged Piston Set, .005" Oversized

These forged pistons are legal for SCCA Formula Ford effective 01/01/07 per FCS 9.1.1.B.12.e.2. They are designed to be an exact replacement for the Ford pistons, but in a non-standard oversize (3.1925" OD). They fit the .005" oversize (3.196") bore Kent "Uprated" engine only and are shaped to keep the mandated 9.3:1 compression ratio. Set of 4 pistons.

Spiroloc Formula Ford Wrist Pin Retainers (Part No. 161-19-Sprl, sold individually)
Piston Rings for Formula Ford 1600 .005 Oversize Pistons (Part No. 161-20-005, sold as a complete set)

Note: If your Formula Ford 1600 engine has the standard 81mm (3.19") bore, you need our Standard Size Forged Pistons for Formula Ford 1600, Part No. 161-15-Forged.

Beware of non-compliant pistons! Very similar pistons are currently on the market elsewhere, but only these genuine Ivey pistons are legal in SCCA.
