Sports Car Race Roll Bar
DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) tubing is required for all SCCA road racing classes. ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) tubing is not allowed in any SCCA road racing classes. Note: SCCA requires full roll cages in all road racing classes.
Cars up to 3500 pounds can use 1.75 inch x 0.120" wall ERW tubing, Cars over 3500 pounds should use 1.75 inch x 0.120" wall DOM tubing or (for non-SCCA use) 2.00 inch x 0.120" wall ERW tubing.
Roll bars are sprayed with an industrial grade gloss black cover coat at the factory for rust protection. Expect some paint damage during shipping. You may want to refinish products before final installation. There is no paint finish guarantee.
Bars are custom-made and ship Freight Collect directly from the manufacturer. You will be contacted by the trucking firm prior to delivery with the total delivery charges due. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Note: Some race roll bars can be shipped via economical UPS Ground service. These bars are denoted by Footnote L in the Application List.
