BSP Male to AN or NPT Male Adapter

Use these fittings to adapt your plumbing to female BSP (British Standard Pipe) ports. We offer both NPT to BSP adapters as well as AN to BSP adapters to cover a wide variety of situations. All of these adapters have male threads at each end. The BSP threads are all BSPP (parallel). Construction is plated mild steel or anodized aluminum as noted (anodizing color may be blue or black and is out of our control), Sold individually.

British threaded female ports often have a chamfer for an O-ring to seal the face of the port. If the port face is not chamfered, an aluminum washer or a Dowty seal is generally used to seal the fitting.

Note: BSP and NPT nomenclature can be confusing because the nominal size refers to the inside diameter of the pipe, not the outside diameter of the threads. If you are not sure what size you need, check in our Threaded Fitting Guide.
