The 34BA Series flat chisels from Beta Tools are constructed of non-sparking copper-beryllium (Cu-Be) for safe use in potenially explosive environments. The grip section is flattened for clearance.

This Cu-Be chisel measures 300mm (11 13/16") long (L), with a 24mm (15/16") wide blade (A). Sold individually.

Note: Copper-beryllium tools are not safe for use in contact with acetylene. Acetylene can react with the copper to form copper acetylide, a powerful and very dangerous explosive.
