Important Ordering Information and Terms and Conditions of Sales

Our order lines (Toll Free 1-800-688-6946, Local & International 1-262-317-1234) are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am through 6:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm Central Time. Fax line is open 24 hours (1-262-317-1201).


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards as well as PayPal. You may also call ahead for shipping charges and then mail in a check or money order if you wish to prepay. (Your order may be held until the check clears.) You can also pay with a Bank Wire Transfer to avoid the wait for the check to clear.


Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be made at prices prevailing at time of shipment.


We are now required to collect sales tax in many states. If your purchases are exempt from sales tax, we must have a signed exemption certificate on file before a shipment is sent. We cannot refund the tax on previous orders.


We offer FREE Shipping on most orders over $199 shipped within the Continental United States.

Most orders are shipped within one business day of receipt.

Shipping charges are based upon the actual weight and dimensions of each shipment. Some large, bulky items may be expensive to ship via an air delivery method, regardless of weight. We can provide you with an estimated shipping cost at the time you place your order or contact you with actual shipping costs after the order is packed.

Very large or heavy items may require delivery by truck freight or may be subject to oversize charges based upon package dimensions.

For orders shipped outside the United States, please allow extra time for customs clearance. Due to our large volume of export business, we have been able to negotiate very competitive international shipping rates.

Hazardous items such as fire extinguishers and aerosol cans may not be shipped outside of the United States. Within the United States, a hazardous shipping fee may apply.

Our outstanding claims experience with FedEx and UPS attests to the care that is taken in packaging to prevent shipping damage. Any claim for damage must be made to Pegasus immediately upon receipt. Be sure to save the box and all packing materials. We cannot credit you for the damaged merchandise until FedEx or UPS acknowledges the claim.


There is No Need to Call First. We will promptly and cheerfully make satisfactory adjustments should an unused item be defective or not as ordered within 30 days of purchase. Please make a copy of the original paperwork that came with your order. Clip out the Customer Return Label from the lower right hand corner of the form and place it on the outside of the box. Enclose the remainder of the form with your returned items, and please indicate the reason for the return (defective, wrong size, etc.) and the action you would like taken (exchange, refund, etc.). Returns should be in original, undamaged cartons and in the same condition as received. If due to our error, we will send a FedEx or UPS Call Tag or refund your return FedEx or UPS Ground shipping charges. No returns accepted after 30 days. No returns accepted on books, videos, software or special orders. There is no restocking charge if you follow the above guidelines for returns. However, returns beyond 30 days, or not in original packaging, or not in resalable condition, may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 20%.

Please package returns properly. The picture below shows what happens when a small part is put into a standard envelope and mailed to us. If we receive anything at all, it's usually just a damaged envelope with no parts inside. The high speed sorting equipment used by the postal service will do this nearly every time. Please package any returns with care so that they arrive safely.

Note: We no longer sell or service AFFF fire bottles. Any AFFF bottle sent to us for service will be returned and return shipping charges will be billed.


Auto racing is a dangerous sport and products are subject to failure when exposed to the high stresses involved. All equipment, including safety equipment, is sold without warranty, expressed or implied. No warranty or representation is made to the product's ability to protect the user from any injury or death. The user assumes the risk. Pegasus is NOT responsible for damage, consequential or otherwise, for equipment failure or mal-performance after installation.

Web Site Privacy and Security Information

Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies understands and respects our customers' need for privacy and security on the Internet. We offer a secure web site that utilizes advanced 128 bit encryption technology. Furthermore, customer credit card information is never available on our web site even if a customer's password is compromised. You will have to enter your credit card information each time you order. We believe this slight inconvenience is worth the added security that this policy provides.
