The 96BP Series "Allen" hex keys from Beta Tools are designed for professional use. The short leg and the extended leg of the L-handle both have the same metric hex. The extended leg has a ball profile to allow up to 30 degrees of misalignment. This can allow access in restricted situations, and it also makes the key easier to "spin" in your fingers.

Beta Inox (short for "in-oxidizable") tools are designed for use in critical environments where contamination is unacceptable, such as nuclear facilities, pharmaceutical production (Class C), biotech, food production, and offshore marine environments. The use of mild steel tools in these environments can lead to corrosion and rust formation, even on stainless steel fasteners. Beta Inox tools are constructed of magentic stainless steel (AISI 420), expertly heat-treated to achieve strength comparable to standard Beta tools. These Inox wrenches can also be sterilized in an autoclave at 121°C (250°F).

This hex key fits fasteners with a 6mm hex recess. Measures 154mm Long (L) with a 36mm long short leg (L1). Weighs 51 g. Sold individually.
