The 195 Series ratcheting wrenches from Beta Tools have two 12-point ends to fit metric hex fasteners. Each end fits a different size fastener for twice the coverage. Both ends have a non-reversible ratchet mechanism (flip the wrench over to drive in the other direction). The drive direction is etched on each side of each head, so you don't have to spin it and listen for the clicks to figure out which way is which.

One end of this wrench fits fasteners with a 16mm hex, and the other end fits an 18mm hex. Measures 230mm long overall (L). The smaller head measures 34.5mm OD (Ø) x 9.9mm thick (S), and the larger head measures 35.6mm OD (Ø1) x 11mm thick (S1). Weighs 223 grams.
