This special oversized tap from Beta Tools is designed for rescuing automotive oil pans with damaged M12 drain plug threads. The M13 tap removes the stripped 12x1.5mm threads and cuts new M13x1.5 threads in a single operation. Finish by replacing the M12 plug with the oversized Beta Tools 1495T/M13 Oversized Drain Plug and Washer Kit (Part No. BT-014950513, set of 6 plugs and 6 washers sold separately). Sold individually.
