Longacre 2.5" Liquid Filled Tire Pressure Gauge, 0-60 psi

This deluxe 2.5" diameter analog gauge from Longacre reads from 0 to 60 psi. The glow-in-the-dark dial face has markings at 1/2 psi increments and numbers at 5 psi increments (only the numbers 5, 10, 15, 20, etc are printed on the dial face). The 17" long hose includes a swivel angle chuck as well as a low-profile angled ball chuck for easy access on any wheel rim. A thumb-operated bleeder valve is provided below the gauge head for quick pressure adjustments. A built-in one-way valve holds the needle at the last reading until the bleeder valve is opened.

The gauge head is protected from minor bumps by a heavy rubber boot. A viscous liquid inside the gauge further helps to absorb shock and vibration for greater long-term accuracy. An easy-access vent valve on the top of the gauge lets you equalize pressure quickly in response to changing weather conditions. Accurate to 2% of full gauge scale.

Note: Liquid-filled gauges are filled approximately 80% full of liquid. An air pocket must be left to allow room for the liquid to expand and contract with temperature changes. It is normal for the air pocket to be visible in the face of the gauge. This is not a defect!
