The 96T Series hex key wrenches from Beta Tools feature distinctive bright orange T-handles that make them comfortable to hold while delivering high torque. Each wrench has a hex on the extended leg and the same size hex on one side of the handle. The opposite side of the handle has a hole for hanging on a hook or attaching a lanyard. The size of each wrench is printed in bold black numbers on the handle.

Beta Inox (short for "in-oxidizable") tools are designed for use in critical environments where contamination is unacceptable, such as nuclear facilities, pharmaceutical production (Class C), biotech, food production, and offshore marine environments. The use of mild steel tools in these environments can lead to corrosion and rust formation, even on stainless steel fasteners. Beta Inox tools are constructed of magentic stainless steel (AISI 420), expertly heat-treated to achieve strength comparable to standard Beta tools. Even with the plastic handles, these Inox wrenches can be sterilized in an autoclave at 121°C (250°F).

This 96TINOX-AS wrench fits fasteners with a 1/4" hex recess. Measures 9 1/4" long (L) with a 5/16" shank OD (Ø). The handle measures 1" thick (S) x 4 3/16" long including the short leg (L1). The hex portion is 3/8" long (T). Weighs 5 oz. (236mm L, 8mm Ø, 25.2mm S, 106mm L1, 10mm T, 140g)
