The "small case" SC-1 model 12 volt battery measures just 4 3/8" L x 1 3/8" W x 3 1/2" H. It is smaller than any OEM battery, but it offers a huge 180 cranking amps (50% more than the original 4-Cell) while weighing less than 1 pound. It's flat as a pancake compared to standard batteries, so you can tuck it in the tightest application.
This size is capable of starting high-compression racing motorcycles up to 1200cc. Great for race use with 4-stroke 450cc Enduros and electric-start motorcross bikes. For use as a starting battery only. The SC-1 is not recommended for use as the only battery on daily-driven vehicles because of its extremely low amp-hour capacity.
The case is completely waterproof, so it can be used in snowmobiles and personal watercraft. Female M6 terminals offer excellent durability.
LiFePO4 batteries such as this one deliver a brief high-amperage current and then recover quickly (as in starting an engine). This battery is not designed to deliver a sustained current, and it should never be used in a total-loss electrical system. Never use a trickle charger or standard lead-acid battery charger on a LiFePO4 battery.
