45 DCOE Insert Sleeve for Bolt-On Air Horns

Certain auxiliary venturis in Weber 45 DCOE carburetors are designed to be retained by air horns which fit into the carb throats. This causes problems if you ever need to run with a different style air horns, or with an air box. These special sleeves are designed to solve that problem!

Each sleeve is precision-machined to be a slip fit into the throat of the Weber 45 DCOE carburetor to take the place of the air horn sleeve. The lip design fills the rim gap perfectly, allowing the use of bolt-on air horns or a bolt-on air box or air filter base plate. The inside is contoured to provide a smooth transition from the opening to the auxiliary venturi, minimizing turbulence. Sleeves are sold individually (each carburetor will require 2 sleeves). Air horns sold separately.

Fits Weber 45 DCOE only. May not fit clones, copies, "work-alikes", or licensed copies made outside of Italy or Spain.
