This compact tool was originally designed for spring platforms commonly used with 2 1/2 inch I.D. springs. However, it will also work with most 2 1/4 inch I.D. spring platforms. If this tool doesn't have the proper radius for your platforms, a little work with a bench grinder will solve the problem.
