The 1377 Series ball peen hammers from Beta Tools feature solid hickory wood handles for comfort and long life. The head has polished ends and a black center section with a Beta logo and the series number and size etched in bright letters. The replaceable handle is mostly natural finish, with a Beta Orange gripping area. The Beta logo, series number, and size are all burned into the handle.

The medium-heavy 24 oz (680 g) head on this size is designed to provide more force than a lighter hammer, at the expense of some finesse. The head measures 116mm Long (L1) with a 34mm OD face (Ø) and 29mm OD peen (Ø1). Overall length is 360mm (L). Weighs 887g.
