Connect air or coolant pipes much more quickly and more securely than with hoses and hose clamps! These Quick Disconnect Couplings use a spring retainer clip that is easily installed or removed by hand -- no tools required. Just weld the male ferrules to the ends of your aluminum tubes wherever you need an easily-operated connection.

The double O-ring seals are designed to be leak-free at a misalignment angle of 3 degrees on each side under pressures up to 125psi! These three-piece kits are ideal for very tight installations where there isn't room to to insert one tube into the other. Since they utilize two male ferrules, they allow up to 6 degrees of misalignment. The three-piece design also allows about 3mm (1/8") of plunge, which the 2-piece version does not.

Each 3-piece kit includes two male ferrules, a black anodized female sleeve, four Viton O-rings, and two spring retainer clips.

The included Viton O-rings are ideal for pipes in turbo and supercharger intake applications. This rubber compound can withstand temperatures to 400°F and is resistant to high vacuum conditions. It is also compatible with oil and most pump fuels up to E85. We also offer EPDM O-Rings (Part No. 3608-016-Size) for use with coolant or pure alcohol fuels.
