Staubli SPT08 Non-Spill Quick-Disconnect Socket, Female AN

The Staubli SPT series dry disconnect fittings are ideal for fuel lines. The perfluoroelastomer (Kalrez®) seals are compatible with virtually every racing fuel, from alcohol to nitromethane to unleaded gasoline. The fittings disconnect quickly without spilling. Simply connect them to open the internal valves. These SPT 08 series sockets have a female AN fitting at the end (most of the Staubli fittings that we stock have male AN fittings). The SPT 08 Series flows 5 gallons per minute*. Maximum pressure 170 psi.

* With 8AN fittings using a standard 13.4 cSt hydraulic oil at 40°C (for comparison, gasoline has a viscosity between 0.4 and 0.8 cSt).

Either of these sockets will mate to a Staubli SPT 08 Quick-Disconnect Plug (Part No. 4700-115, sold separately) with either 6AN or 8AN male fittings.
