Billet Aluminum Intercooler Pipe Clamp

These compact yet heavy-duty clamp assemblies are designed to provide a leak-free union between two tubes which can be easily disconnected.

Each assembly includes two weld-on ferrules, a bolt-together outer clamp ring, a sealing ring, and two O-rings. Just weld a ferrule to the end of each pipe, slip the sealing ring over the two ferrules, and bolt the clamp together over the assembly. Since the clamp is held together with bolts (in shear, not in tension), there is no worry about an over-center spring clamp coming loose.

All components except the bolts and O-rings are constructed of 6061-T6 billet aluminum. The outer clamp ring is anodized in the color indicated (black or clear); the ferrules are left uncoated for easy welding. Overall length including ferrules for all sizes 2.0" to 4.0" is 92mm (3 5/8"), clamp ring width 26mm (1 1/32").

Sorry, step sizing is not possible (a 2.5" clamp ring will only fit over a pair of 2.5" ferrules).
