OMP TECNICA EVO Balaclava, FIA 8856-2018

The Tecnica Evo fire-resistant balaclava from OMP is designed with input from pro racers. The lightweight, single-layer head sock is constructed of a soft knit blend of flame-retardant aramid fibers. One large eye opening allows unrestricted vision, and special "3D" knit areas provide ventilation. Extended front and rear bibs tuck into the suit collar for security without excess material to bunch up over the shoulders. This design has a two flat seams running from the corners of the eye opening over the top of the head.

This 2026 updated version is 15% lighter than the previous generation! FIA 8856-2018 homologation tag is sewn to the front of the neck. Available in Silver-White (very light grey) or Anthracite (very dark grey), each with a contrasting OMP logo over the mouth.
