This is the same set screw supplied with all of our Club Series Formula Car Mirrors, Club Series GT Mirrors, and our Carbon Fiber Dash-Mount Center Mirror (Part No. 5168-201). Each mirror requires one flange except the Center Mirror, which uses two (one at the bottom of the stem and one inside the housing). Sold individually.
