Split Loom Wire Bundle Insertion Tool Kit

Split loom is great for bundling and protecting wires, but what a pain to get the wires inside! This special tool kit makes installing split loom quick, easy, and painless.

Simple 3-step installation:

1. Open the tool by twisting the inner white portion to line up the cut-out with the cut-out in the outer orange portion.
2. Lay your wire bundle inside and lock the tool by twisting the inner white portion until the cut-outs no longer line up.
3. Insert the angled branch of the orange portion into your split loom and slide the tool through the loom.

The tool opens the loom and guides the wire bundle into the loom in one smooth operation.

Use with corrugated split loom or our Self-Wrapping Split Braided Sleeve (Part Nos. 4011 through 4015). Can also be used with Thermo-Flex Heat Shield (Part No. 1831) if you slit the Thermo-Flex lengthwise. Not designed for use with Spiral Wrap, but it can make that job a bit less of a hassle as well.
