With this quality device by Intercomp, you can exactly determine spring rate, keep track of any set season after season and quickly spot any that have given up. A digital force indicator and a digital travel indicator measure compression for easy testing. Single-pin length adjustment makes set-up a snap. Tests springs up to 6" diameter by 18" long. Can be adapted to test springs shorter than 6 inches by fabricating a simple shim. The capacity is 5000 pounds or 2500 kg, displayed in 1 pound or 1 kg increments.
