A rolling tool cabinet is great for people who work in the same place every day, but what if your "workshop" changes from day to day? This innovative trolley from Beta Tools is designed just for people who need to bring their tools to the jobsite, without hauling a trailer. This super-compact (27" long x 12" wide) rolling cabinet actually collapses to less than 2 feet tall to fit easily in the back of a standard hatchback or under the tonneau cover of your pickup truck.
When you get to your work site, unfold the tubular handles. Pull up the composite worktop and lock in place. Pull up the two full-size drawers and lock each one in position. You now have access to all of your tools, plus a convenient waist-high (36" tall) work area on top.

The worktop has a large center section to keep your project from rolling away, plus 6 molded pockets (3 at each end) to keep small parts organized. The two drawers (23 1/8" x 10 7/8") are large enough to accommodate many of the preformed trays and partitions offered by Beta. The ball-bearing sliders allow each drawer to open to either side for maximum versatility. The large lower compartment (8 5/8" deep) rolls on two 6" fixed casters and two 3" swivel casters with brakes. Folded, a single keyed lock keeps the C27S closed to prevent unauthorized access to your tools.
The sheet steel construction and plastic tops make this cabinet surprisingly strong and durable. Weighs just 44 pounds empty, so it is easy to lift in and out of your car. Measures 27" long x 12" wide (15" wide including casters) x 20" high (22 1/2" including handles) when folded. Measures 36" high (39" high including handles) when opened. Orange panels with black tops and black Beta logos.
Tools sold separately.
The C27S also makes a great pit cart! It's perfect for anyone without an enclosed race trailer because it fits inside just about any tow vehicle. It will also fit in the lowest enclosed snowmobile and Junior Dragster trailers.
