The 1054 self-locking pliers from Beta Tools have straight serrated jaws for traction on hard-to-grip objects. A knurled thubscrew on one handle adjusts the jaw opening, and a lever on the other handle releases the jaws when squeezed. The jaws and handles have a chrome-plated finish. The adjuster and release lever both have a tough black oxide finish.
