This special oversized tap from Beta Tools is designed for rescuing automotive oil pans with damaged M20 drain plug threads. The M22 tap removes the stripped 20x1.5mm threads and cuts new M22x1.5 threads in a single operation. Finish by replacing the M20 plug with the oversized Beta Tools 1495T/M22 Oversized Drain Plug and Washer Kit (Part No. BT-014950522, set of 6 plugs and 6 washers sold separately). Sold individually.
