Comments about Intercomp SW500 E-Z Weigh Cabled Scale System:

I should have bought this sooner. It makes corner-balancing a quick and enjoyable process for an afternoon rather than a hassle with taking the car to a shop (not to mention the shop bill). I can also weigh parts like wheel/tire assemblies to get an estimate of unsprung weight and better calculate suspension frequencies, though the resolution is a bit coarse for things like brake calipers.

I like how the color-coded cables correspond to the colored LF/RF/LR/RR labels on the scales. Very easy to setup and zero. Scales do not drift while turned off. Have not tried the cg height feature yet as I don't have a way to keep the suspension rigid yet.

In hindsight, the wireless option would have been nice, but I am happy to give that up for the $ savings. The important bits (scales and reader) seem to be the same as the kits costing twice as much.

Scales themselves are surprisingly heavy for being aluminum, but have a nice handle and are easy to carry individually.
