This NHRA-legal master kill switch is meant for cars without alternators. The simple 2-terminal switch will interrupt power from the battery when turned off.
The large, bright red handle is designed to stay attached to the switch when turned off. If water gets into a switch like this, it can corrode the terminals and ruin the switch. The back of this switch is sealed against dust and moisture to promote reliable, long life.
175 amp continuous rating (1000 peak amps) at 6-36 volts. Accepts 3/8" ring terminals (sold separately). Mounts in a 3/4" hole in your panel or mounting bracket (not included). Body OD (maximum) is 2.7". Measures 4 1/4" high overall. Sold individually.
