This is the same wing-head thumbscrew used to hold everything tight in the Smart Strings 4-Wheel Toe Alignment Kit (formerly Pegasus Part No. 3180). These screws are easily lost in the shuffle, but you can't set up the Smart Strings without them.

Sold individually, three required for each Union (total of 12 per Smart Strings setup).
