Convert your Canton Accusump Pro Electric Valve (Part No. CM 24-270X, sold separately) to fully-automatic EPC (Electric Pressure Control) with this simple conversion kit!
When the car is running and the oil pressure is normal, the Accusump is pressurized and in "standby" mode. When the oil pressure drops below 20 psi, the pressure sensor in this kit will open the valve to allow the accumulated pressurized oil in the Accusump to be delivered to the engine. The valve will remain open until the oil system pressure returns to 25 psi, when the sensor returns the valve to "standby" mode, allowing the Accusump to refill and repressurize.
This 20 psi kit is recommended for street-driven applications.
This kit also replaces Canton part number 24-271-110.
