Convert your Canton Accusump Pro Electric Valve (Part No. CM 24-270X, sold separately) to fully-automatic EPC (Electric Pressure Control) with this simple conversion kit!
When the car is running and the oil pressure is normal, the Accusump is pressurized and in "standby" mode. When the oil pressure drops below 55 psi, the pressure sensor in this kit will open the valve to allow the accumulated pressurized oil in the Accusump to be delivered to the engine. The valve will remain open until the oil system pressure returns to 60 psi, when the sensor returns the valve to "standby" mode, allowing the Accusump to refill and repressurize.
This 55 psi kit is intended for the most extreme racing conditions that see frequent periods of oil starvation. (The 35 psi kit is the most common, and is recommended for 99% of racing applications.)
