Aeromotive A2000 Series pressure regulators are designed for use on carbureted vehicles using extremely high-flow, high-pressure pumps such as the Aeromotive Pro Series (140 GPH @ 80 psi / 200 GPH @ 30 psi). They are appropriate for use on street or racing vehicles.
This model can be set to between 2 and 20 psi. Adjusting requires an accurate fuel pressure gauge (sold separately). It is recommended for use on normally-aspirated or blow-through supercharged applications. A vacuum port lets you vary fuel pressure using either manifold vacuum or boost pressure (1:1 ratio), or the port can be left open for constant fuel pressure. The bypass regulator type requires a large return line (10AN / 5/8" ID minimum) back to the tank.
The billet aluminum body has one -10 (7/8-14) O-Ring inlet port on the front and one -10 return line port on the bottom. Four -8 (3/4-16) O-Ring outlet ports on the sides aid the connection of multiple carbs on V-8 engines.
Compatible with gasoline, alcohol blends to E-85, and diesel fuel.
