Differential Cross Shaft, Mk 8/9

The cross shaft is the "axle" that allows the spider gears in an open differential to rotate. This cross shaft fits the diff carrier used in pre-1999 Hewland Mk 8 / Mk 9 and Webster Model 300 / Model 400 / Formula Mazda gearboxes. Replaces Hewland part number HC8 2142. Made in USA. Sold individually (one required per gearbox). Not used in limited-slip differentials. Spider gears sold separately.

Does not fit the differential used on earlier (Mk 1 through Mk 7) or later (LD200) gearboxes.
