Brake Fitting Adapter Kit, 3/16" Tube (3/8-24 IF) to 1/8 NPT

This fitting kit lets you connect your 3/16" or 4.75mm tubing to a 1/8 NPT female port. It is designed for installing a proportioning valve or line lock in an existing hard line, but it is also great for connecting a hard brake line to an aftermarket caliper.

Each kit includes one inverted flare tube nut (standard 3/8-24 male threads) which gets installed on your brake line, and a special female 3/8-24 I.F. (convex seat) to 1/8 NPT male adapter. Simply use a double-flaring tool to install the tube nut on your brake line, install the adapter in your NPT port (be sure to add thread sealant!), and screw the tube nut into the adapter. If your brake line is already assembled with a 3/8-24 tube nut on it, just screw it into the NPT adapter.

Each kit is enough to attach one brake line to one port.
