FF/FC/S2 Gearbox Adapter Ring for 2 or 3 Bolt Starter

This heavy-duty gearbox adapter plate is made in the USA for Formula Ford and Ford 2.0L. Connects a 4-cylinder Ford engine (1600cc "Kent" OHV, 2.0L SOHC "Pinto" as well as Cosworth derivatives) to a Hewland Mk-Series transaxle. Includes a top timing port and provisions for 2 or 3 bolt starters. Nominal 2 inch width (2 1/8") uses the standard length clutch bobbin and transmission input shaft. No provision for tying to the oil pan, but the flywheel guard is much beefier than on other brands. Sold individually.

We also carry the special Short Gearbox Adapter Studs (Part No. 1410-C50) and Long Gearbox Adapter Studs (Part No. 1410-C51) to fit these adapter rings. Mounting studs are sold separately.
