Tilton 5000-Series HRB, 1.92" Tall, 44mm Bearing

This direct-acting throwout bearing eliminates all lost motion due to cable stretch or linkage flex. The four-bolt design has a 3" x 4 5/8" rectangular pattern to fit the Tilton 52- and 53-Series steel bellhousings. This is the same mounting pattern as the Tilton 4000 Series, but in a lower-profile design. With some modification, you may be able to adapt it to different applications.

The radius-faced bearing has a 44mm contact diameter for clutches with a 1 5/8" diameter diaphragm spring hole. This includes all Quarter Master racing clutches (except 7.25" LGC) and Tilton OT-II (7.25") Racing Clutches.

This version is designed for an overall height of 1.92" (48.8mm), but removing a shim under the bearing will reduce the height to 1.87" (47.5mm). This is the shortest version available in the 5200 series. Maximum travel is 0.70 inches, so a clutch pedal stop must be used to prevent damage to the clutch and the engine. Tilton recommends pairing this assembly with a 3/4" bore master cylinder (sold separately). Includes 3AN male adapters for inlet and outlet.
