Ford 1.6L Camshaft Thrust Plate

This is the plate that holds the camshaft in place in the Ford 1600 Kent engine. If your camshaft endplay (end float) is more than 0.0075", then you need a new thrust plate. Excessive camshaft endplay can result in erratic ignition timing and worn timing chains.
