5/16 Female Hose Barb to 6AN Male Adapter, Black Aluminum

Finally, an easy way to add AN hose to your car's fuel system! This special adapter has a standard 6AN male fitting (9/16-18, 37° flare) at one end to accept any standard 6AN female hose end. The other end has a female barb that is sized specifically to fit on a 5/16" or 8mm 0D barbed fitting. Perfect for adapting fuel pumps to a racing fuel system.

The 2-piece assembly is designed for easy, secure assembly. Simply unscrew the nut and slide it (and the internal Viton O-ring) over your barb, then reassemble the fitting. Tightening the nut compresses the O-ring, forcing it securely against the back side of the barb. To remove, just reverse the process.
