Wilwood 7816 Brake Pad, Dynapro/NDL, BP-40 Compound

Wilwood pad shape 7816 fits Wilwood Dynapro and NDL (Narrow Dynalite) 4-piston calipers using a central bridge bolt or two retaining pins. Not for older calipers that only use a central retaining pin. 0.60" (15.2mm) overall thickness including backing plate.

This pad has the same dimensions as the original Wilwood 7216 / Hawk HB237 / PFC 7754 pad shape for the Wilwood Dynalite Bridge Bolt caliper (also called out on the spec sheet for the Narrow Dynalite), but with raised corners instead of two central tabs straddling the bridge bolt. Note that the original 7216 pad shape is no longer offered by Wilwood. This 7816 shape is the recommended replacement.

BP-40 - Smartpad BP-40 is a very high-friction racing compound with an extra-high heat range. Cold friction is lower than the A or H compounds, which makes it a more predictable choice for off-road racing and road racing on longer tracks. Suitable for use with iron, or steel rotors, but the friction has been tuned to be especially good on titanium rotors.
