Most auto racing seats on the market have perfectly vertical sides at the mounting points, which means you can drop a standard seat between the mounting brackets and position it as low as you want without making any other adjustments. The unique contoured shells of Tillett racing seats can create interference when trying to adjust the seat lower between the brackets. This issue is solved by adding spacers between the seat and the mounting brackets, to move the brackets away from the outward contours.

This kit consists of 12 nylon spacers: 4x 2mm thick, 4x 4mm thick, and 4x 10mm thick. All spacers measure 40mm OD and are designed to accommodate M8 mounting bolts (not included). One shim set is more than enough for one seat; you should have at least 4 shims left over.

Note: For use with Tillett B6/B6 Screamer and B7 series (standard and XL sizes) side-mount seats only. Not for use with any other brand.
