Water to Air Intercooler, 3.5" In/Out, 1200 CFM 15"x6"x6.5"

Instead of relying on cooling airflow, an air-to-water cooler uses coolant to pull away the heat. No airflow required means you can stuff it anywhere you have room, but it also means less heat soak when the vehicle sits between runs.

This intercooler measures 15" Long overall x 6" Wide x 6.5" High (381mm L x 152mm W x 165mm H), with a 10.5" x 5" x 6" core (266mm x 127mm x 152mm). It is rated for 1200 CFM airflow and is recommended for applications up to 1200 HP. (This is the smallest size we offer.) Air inlet and outlet nipples at each end are sized to accept 3.5" (89mm) ID hose.

Coolant inlet (bottom near one end) and outlet (top near the opposite end) are female -16 (1 5/16-12) O-ring ports. Each side of the cooler body has a single female M8 mounting boss. Maximum recommended pressure for both air and water is 70 psi (4.8 Bar). Black epoxy finish. Sold individually; hoses and fittings sold separately.

Note: This type of intercooler requires a cooling system including a coolant reservoir, circulating pump, and a radiator. Most applications will require a dedicated cooling system. Do not expect to tap into your engine cooling system and get good results!
