TS-2 Turbocharger (Water Cool) 5862 V-Band, Ext WG 0.82AR, R

The TS-2 Series turbochargers from Turbosmart feature the added protection of water cooling, making an even more potent combination. The competition-proven cast 310S stainless steel housings hide a unique dual-ceramic bearing and main shaft assembly that has been designed for the lowest possible rotating mass, meaning quicker spool-up and better response.

The 5862B frame has a 58mm compressor inducer coupled to a 62mm turbine exducer with a 0.82 A/R ratio, giving it a horsepower rating of 725-835 HP. The V-band flange exhaust mount (2.25" inlet and 3" exit) makes it easy to mount and dismount. The 4" OD compressor inlet ensures an ample supply of intake air, and the 2.5" OD compressor outlet makes it easy to adapt to many intake systems. This Reversed Rotation model spins counter-clockwise (looking into the intake end). Weighs 14.1 lb (6.4kg).

The oil inlet has a male 4AN (7/16-20 UNF, 37° convex flare) fitting, and the oil outlet has a male 8AN (3/4-16 UNF, 37° flare) fitting. Water inlet and outlet are both M14x1.5 female, with 6AN male adapters installed. Kit includes weld flanges and V-band clamps for exhaust inlet and outlet. A paper gasket is also included for conversion of the oil outlet to a standard 2-bolt flange (flange fitting not included). An external wastegate (sold separately) is required with this turbo.
