Throttle Cable, 1-10/32 End, 75" Jack, 89" Cbl, 11.2 Trvl

Our custom throttle cables use a high-quality 49-strand stainless steel aircraft cable with a breaking strength of 400 pounds. We recommend observing a working load limit of 40 pounds for the finished assembly.

The flexible metal jacket has a vinyl outer coating (6.5mm nominal OD) and a PTFE liner for smooth operation. The jacket comes complete with 5/16-24 threaded ends for easy mounting in a bulkhead or bracket. Minimum recommended bend radius is 4". Maximum recommended operating temperature 60° C (140° F).

This finished cable assembly has a 10-32 male stud on one end of the inner cable. The housing measures 75" long (including bulkhead fittings). The inner cable measures 89" long (including the stud end). This results in up to 11.2" of travel, depending on how and where the bare cable end is secured.
