1/8 NPSM to 6AN Male Banjo Kit for Ford C4 Transmission

This kit was engineered specifically to provide a low-profile solution when connecting transmission cooler lines to the Ford C4 automatic transmission. The stainless steel banjo bolts have 1/8-27 NPS Male straight threads, and the aluminum banjo adapters have a male 6AN (9/16-18 UNF, 37° convex flare) to accept any standard 6AN hose end. Includes two banjo bolts, adapters, and sealing washers (enough for both cooler hoses).

Designed to fit the Ford C4 transmission with the original 1/8-27 (straight thread, washer seal) ports only. May not fit aftermarket versions or transmissions modified to use NPT (tapered) threads.

Note: NPS thread nomenclature is confusing because the "1/8" does not refer to the thread OD. The male 1/8 NPS threads measure 13/32" (0.41") OD and the female threads measure 0.38" ID.
