7 Tooth 12DP Steering Pinion Gear for Titan Racks

This is a replacement pinion for Titan Steering Racks equipped with an eccentric pinion housing. This includes the Titan racks that we carry (custom and stock). Ratio of this unit comes out to be 1.97" of rack travel for every rotation of the pinion. This is slower than the ratio we normally supply.

We also offer the original 9 Tooth 12DP Steering Pinion (Part No. 1808-001), which retains the 2.54" per turn ratio normally supplied on our racks.

Note: This pinion will not fit Titan fixed-center racks (with the pinion mounted rigidly in the housing). It is not designed to fit any other brand.
